Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Crisco
- 6 Tbsp ice water
- 1 tsp cider apple vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Pulse first 3 ingredients in food processor to mix. Add Crisco and pulse 10 times or until it looks like cornmeal. Pour ice water and cider apple vinegar through liquid chute in processor. Pulse a few times until mixed.
Work into ball by hand. Cut in half. Mash down with hands to make a 4 inch circle. Cover with Saran Wrap. Roll out dough between 2 layers of Saran Wrap. Roll out to about a 12 inch diameter. Put on cookie sheet and freeze for 10 minutes. Remove Saran Wrap and place into pie pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 400F. For best results use pie weights.
