Ingredients
- 1 package Diamond Noodles
- 4 ounces chicken breast, sliced thin
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- dash white pepper
- dash sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled
- 4 ounces Barbeque Pork, see Recipe in Chinese Food Cookbook
- 4 ounces broccoli florets
- SAUCE
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- dash white pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- dash sesame oil

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate chicken in salt, cornstarch, pepper and sesame oil.
Boil Diamond noodles until soft. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.
Steam broccoli for 5 minutes.
In wok stir fry chicken first and then the shrimp until cooked. Add Barbeque Pork, broccoli and cooked noodles. Stir until heated.
Prepare sauce in a measuring cup. Pour over noodle mixture and cook until thickend.
Add sesame oil, stir and serve.
