Ingredients
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green pepper ,thinly sliced
- 1 medium red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayo divided
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1 lb of sliced deli roast beef
- 6 french rolls
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheeese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and peppers in 2 tbsp of mayo, you are suppose to remove the vegs when they get tender but I just toss everything in together. Reduce heat add the rest of the stuff and mix well. Then I put the stuff in the French Rolls and top with the cheese and put them in the oven till the cheese melts 5 or 10 minutes at 350.
