Ingredients
- 10 oz of bittersweet or semi sweet chocolate
- 2/3 c of unsalted butter
- ¾ c of sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- ½ c apf
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 oz white choc chips
- 3 oz milk choc chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 325 and grease and line a pan with parchment paper.
2. On a double boiler – melt your butter and chocolate – once melted remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and sugar.
3. Add the eggs one at a time. Add the flour and then mix in the white and milk choc chips.
4. Bake for 35 – 40 mins until cooked.
