Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 small can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 green or red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 small onion, cut in thin strips
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked julienned strips of beef
- 1 6 oz. package frozen peas pods
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 cups hot cooked rice

Step 1
Heat oil in wok or 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add first 4 ingredients; cook, stirring 4 minutes. Add next 4 ingredients; cook, stirring 4 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice.
