Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (Grade B is best)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 medium apple, cored and either shredded or finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except apple in a bowl and blend with a mixer until very well blended and all clumps have been removed.
Fold in apple bits and stir to combine.
Cook in a preheated, greased skillet over medium heat until golden on both sides. Pancakes are usually ready to flip when edges begin to look set.
