Toll House Pan Cookie****

This works when pressed for time, the entire " batch" is in and out of the oven at the same time.

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 T vanilla
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cup chocolate chips( I like to use 1c semi sweet and 1 c milk choc)

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare a 9x13 baking dish and preheat oven to 375*.
-Mix together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
-In separate bowl, cream butter and sugars together until fluffy.
-Mix in vanilla.
-Add eggs, one at a time, incorporating after each egg.
-Slowly beat in dry ingredients.
-Stir in chocolate chips.
-Spread batter into baking dish.
Bake 20-25 minutes
