Ingredients
- 1/2 honeydew melon
- 1 cup simple syrup
- 1 cup midori melon liquor
- 2 cup white rum
- juice of 6 limes
- zest of 6 limes
- 20 fresh mint leaves
- ice
- sprite

Preparation
Step 1
1. Puree 1/2 of honeydew, remove half of the pureed honeydew, set aside. Add half of the simple syrup, melon liquor, rum, lime juice and zest. Add some ice and blend until slushy. Put in a large container.
2. Repeat with the second bath of melon puree and drink ingredients. Add to first batch and freeze for at least 2 hours. If freezing longer than 2 hours, use the sprite to de-slush a little.
