Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TB. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 7-7 1/2 oz. can flaked crab (real or imitation)
  • 4 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
  • 4 oz. cheddar cheese, diced
  • 1/3 Cup chopped yellow onion (1 medium)
  • 1-2 tsp. FOX POINT, MURAL OF FLAVOR,
  • or SUNNY PARIS SEASONING

Step 1



Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Mix thoroughly. Fold in the crab, cheeses, onion and SEASONING of choice. Spoon into the pie crust. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Let set for 10 minutes.
