Ingredients
- *Seasoned Salt:
- 8 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1-6 oz. sliced ham, beef or corned beef, torn into small pieces
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 T. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt*
- 1-4 oz. can drained mushrooms
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1 T. celery salt
- 1 T. garlic salt
- 1 T. paprika
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. pepper

Step 1
Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 13x9-inch baking dish or 8x8x2-inch dish. Cook, uncovered, at 325 degrees until top is golden brown (40 to 45 minutes). Makes 6 servings.
