Ingredients
- 1 C. onion, finely chopped
- 1 T. ginger
- 1/8 C. celery, finely chopped
- dash of grated lemon peel
- 2/3 C. water
- 1/2 C. rice wine vinegar
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. sugar
- 1 1/2 t. Accent (optional)
- 1/4 t. peper
- 2/3 C. soy sauce
- 3/4 to 1 C. salad oil
- 2 t. tomato paste

Combine all ingredients. Add a few drops of lemon juice and mix thoroughly. For best flavor, use within 3 days.
