Ingredients
- 1 lb. gound beef
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. chopped pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 slices Velveeta cheese
- 2 c. macaroni (uncooked)
- 1/2 c. (more or less) water
- Optional: hot peppers and mushroom pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef, onions, and green peppers; drain. Simmer tomatoes, macaroni and water; simmer, uncovered and stir once in awhile. When macaroni is cooked, break cheese into strips and cover goulash. Melt slightly before serving.
