Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 (16 oz) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 large pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz) carton Cool Whip

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 9x11 pan.
Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, and 1 can pineapple. Mix by hand, do not use mixer.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes. Cool completely.
Combine 1 can pineapple and pudding mix. Mix well by hand. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled cake. Cover. Chill.
