Ingredients

  • 3 slices diced bacon
  • 1 medium chopped yellow onion
  • 2 ( 8 ounce ) cans chopped clams
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 medium cubed potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 ( 13 ounce ) can evaporated milk

Step 1

Fry the diced bacon, then remove bacon from pan, reserving the grease. Saute the onion and garlic in the bacon grease. Put all the ingedients into the crockpot, and cook for 6-9 hours on low or 2-4 hours on high. During the last hour, add the evaporated milk.
