Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian Sauce
  • Salt/ Pepper/ Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil
  • Dried Rosemary Leaves
  • Ground Oregano
  • Dried Basil

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken breasts in half to create 4 pieces (cut through the side to create 4 thin patties)
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Heat skillet with 1 Tbs olive oil
Cook chicken till done and transfer to a baking dish.
Cover each chicken breast with 1/8 cup sauce, 1 slice of cheese and dashes of herbs (we just used italian seasoning).
Bake in oven @350 until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
