Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1/3 head chicory or endive
- 4 to 5 green onions, chopped
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced radishes
- 1/2 lb. Muenster cheese, grated
- 24 pitted ripe olives
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. papika
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced chives
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. celery salt

Preparation
Step 1
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Add remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing and serve.
DRESSING: Combine all ingredients with a wire whisk or blend in a blender. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours. This is more than enough dressing for 1 salad recipe. Amount: 12 servings.
