Ingredients
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 1 Green pepper sliced
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 8 cups chicken stock ( I used college inn bold rotisserie chicken)
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 small chorizo sausage sliced
- 1 package small carrots

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the peppers and onions for about 5 min in olive oil
Add the ground turkey and brown
Add all other ingredients and cook until carrots are soft.
