Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 1 Green pepper sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 8 cups chicken stock ( I used college inn bold rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 small chorizo sausage sliced
  • 1 package small carrots

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the peppers and onions for about 5 min in olive oil
Add the ground turkey and brown
Add all other ingredients and cook until carrots are soft.
