Peach Mint Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 2 slices of peach, plus more to garnish
• 1/4-1/2 ounce simple syrup (to preference)
• 3-4 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
• 5 dashes of bitters (preferably peach)
• 2 oz bourbon
• club soda (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Muddle 1st 4 ingredients in rocks glass until mint leaves are bruised and peaches have released their juices. Fill glass with ice, add bouron and stir to combine. Top with a splash of club soda if desired, and garnish with peach slice and mint sprig.
