Ingredients
- 2 teasp olive oil
- 1/2 lb chicken breast
- 1/2 cup sliced leeks
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with basil, carlic & oregano, undrained
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 2 oz angel hair pasta broken

Preparation
Step 1
In 3-quart saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken & leeks; cook 5 min. stirring frequently.
Stir in tomatoes & broth. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, simmer 10 min.
Add pasta; simmer 3 to 5 min or until pasta is tender & chicken is no lomnger pink in center.
