Cheesy Broccoli-Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 2 Cups Chicken broth (32oz carton)
• 1/3 Cup Chopped Onion
• 1 bag (12oz) frozen chopped broccoli
• 1 1/3 Cups Mashed potato mix dry
• 2 cups cooked chicken
• 2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese (8oz)
• 2 Cups Milk

Preparation

Step 1

In 3-quart saucepan, heat broth, onion & frozen broccoli to boiling. Reduce heat, cover & simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally
Stir in potatoes untikl blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat over low heat about 5 min. stiriring occasionally, until soup is hot & cheese is melted.
