Ingredients
- 1 lb. Chicken cutlets
- Wine
- Chicken Broth
- Minced garlic
- Minced shallots
- Gravy master
- Flour
- Butter
- Sliced fresh mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
Clarify butter.
Dredge chicken in flour and shake well.
Sautee meat until done, remove from pand and keep warm.
Sautee shallots and garlic for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and sautee until dry.
Heat pan until hot. Deglaze with wine and reduce.
Add gravy master
Add chicken broth and reduce
Pour over chicken
