Ingredients
- For other fruits:
- 3 Cups water for Pressure cooker
- 2-3 Apples, Diced
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Use Pears, Peaches, Apricots; Use 1 cup dried fruit with 1 Cup water; add chopped walnuts

Step 1
1. Core apples and dice, add salt, Put in Ohsawa pot and cover, add water to the pressure cooker, and place Ohsawa pot inside.
2. Bring to pressure and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat and allow pressure to drop.
