Ingredients

  • 2 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 1 stick margarine
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 -#2 can crushed pineapple
  • 4 to 5 bananas
  • Whipped cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • Maraschino cherrios

Preparation

Step 1

CRUST: Cut in 1 stick margarine to 2 cups crushed graham crackers, press into a 9x12-inch pan. Sprinkle cinnamon over this and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes; cool.
FILLING: Beat together eggs, powder sugar, 2 sticks soft margarine and 1 teaspoon vanilla; spread over cooled crust. Drain crushed pineapple REALLY WELL and spread over mixture. Slice bananas over pineapple and top with shipped cream. Then add nuts and maraschino cherries and chill well.
NOTE: Bananas can be sliced into a little lemon juice and water first, then drained. They will not turn brown as easily then.
