Ingredients
- 1 stick + 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 29 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 29 oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 dashes tobaco sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp dill weed
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- For tomato bisque, you need crab, shrimp, and/or scallops.

Preparation
Step 1
Saute butter and flour. Saute onion and garlic that has been diced. Then add to flour mixture. Add the chicken broth gradually and then rest of ingredients except the evaporated milk. Cook until done about 1 hour. Then add evaporated milk. Let set overnight. Warm the next day. To make Seafood Bisque just add crab, shrimp, or scallops.
