Dumplings for Chicken

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp shortening

Preparation

Step 1

Cut shortening into flour until it has the texture of corn meal, add 1 1/2 cup milk, roll out thin and cut into 1" pieces and add to chicken stock
