Ingredients
- Non-aerosol cooking spray
- 3 cups milk
- 3/4 cup light Italian salad dressing
- 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 tablespoons Italian bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
- 12 ounces cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 9 ounces shell pasta, cooked and drained
- 6 ounces shredded low fat Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. In a bowl, combine next 6 ingredients (milk through pepper); blend well. Add chicken, peas and cooked pasta; set aside. Spread half of the Cheddar cheese over the bottom of the baking dish then chicken/pasta mixture; top with remaining cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until all moisture has been absorbed.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve steamed broccoli spears on the side.
VEGETARIAN: Use non-breaded faux chicken patties.
KOSHER: Use Parmesan-flavored rice sprinkles, soy milk and your favorite soy cheese.
