Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 15 oz. can of cream of coconut
- 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple
- 12 oz. carton of cool whip
- 14 oz. can of eagle brand cream
- 7 oz. pkg. of shredded coconut

Step 1
Bake cake mix, when done, poke with holes all over cake, pour eagle brand cream and cream of coconut over cake, drain pineapple and put pineapple on top of cake. Once the cake is cool, top it off with whipped cream and sprinkle shredded coconut over top.
