Ingredients
- 5 lbs. Brisket
- 1 medium sauteed onion
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup ketchup

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle both sides of brisket with pepper and brown on both sides in pot.
Cover and turn every 30 minutes for approx. 2 1/2 hours. Take brisket out and add other ingredients to pot. Slice meat and return to pot...cook another 1/2 hour.
