    cup unsweetened cocoa

    tsp baking powder

    cup melted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Stir flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Stir butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs, then add flour mixture until well blended. Spread the batter evenly in a buttered 9 inch square baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. CREAMY BROWNIE FROSTING - Beat 3 tbls softened butter, 3 tbls unsweetened cocoa, 1 tbls light corn syrup or honey and 1/2 tsp vanilla in a small bowl. Beat in 1 cup confectioners' sugar and 2 tbls milk until the frosting is spreading consistency. Spread over cooled brownies. Cut into squares.
