Ingredients
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbls oil

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in warm water in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest 5 minutes. Place oven rack in lowest position. Heat oven to 425. Roll dough into 15 inch circle on floured surface. Fold into fourths; place on pizza rack. Unfold dough. Pinch edge of dough, forming 1/2 inch rim. Spread pizza sauce over dough to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with meat/vegetables. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake about 20 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted.
