Ingredients

  • Veal or pork cutlets (4 pkg of veal)
  • flour
  • eggs, beaten
  • bread crumbs or panko
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • veg oil for fying

Preparation

Step 1

If necessary, pound meat so it is 1/2 inch thick.
Season both sides of meat with salt and pepper.
Dredge in flour, shake off excess, then dip in egg. Finally dredge in panko, pressing to form an even coat.

Over medium high heat, fry for about 2 1/2 minutes, pressing down occasionally. Gently turn over, reduing heat to medium, and continue to fry for another 2 1/2 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
