Raspberry Muffins

You can substitute with any fruit, but my favorite with this recipe is raspberry.

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the liquid ingredients in one bowl, and the dry ingredients in another bowl. Then combine all the ingredients together until moistened. Fold in raspberries. Fill muffin tins 2/3 the way with badder.
*Optional: Sprinkle sugar on tops before baking.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
