Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- Water/oil mixture
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill to MEDIUM. In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients; add chicken and toss to coat. Place chicken on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill for 5 minutes per side. In a small bowl, combine honey and vinegar; blend well. Remove chicken from grill and brush with half of the honey mixture; return to grill for 1 minute. Turn chicken and brush with remaining honey mixture; grill for 1 minute longer or until chicken is cooked through.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Whole wheat couscous and steamed broccoli spears.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure cider vinegar is gluten free.
