  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup ground walnuts
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar Splenda
  • 1/4 cup cold butter
  • 4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
  • 4 oz. fat free cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 2 tbsp. fat free milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Step 1

In small bowl, combine the flour, walnuts and Splenda; cut in butter until crumbly. Set aside 2/3 cup for topping; press remaining crumb mixture into an 8" square baking dish coated with Pam. Bake at 350 F for 9 - 11 minutes or until lightly browned.

Meawhile, in a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheeses, sugar and flour until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg substitute, milk, lemon juice and vanilla just until blended. Pour over crust; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixtures.

Bake 12-15 minutes or until filling is set. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into bars, refrigerate left over.
