Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 4 (4-oz.) pound fish fillets
- 2 ounces chopped cabbage

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together first 6 ingredients (orange peel through cornstarch); set aside. Pour the sesame seeds into a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir until golden brown; remove from pan and set aside. In the same skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat; add fish and cook until the edges turn white. Turn and continue cooking until lightly golden, adding reserved sauce to the skillet right before the fish is done. Divide cabbage evenly among dinner plates; top with fish and sauce.
