Preparation
Step 1
1. Put all the liquid ingredients in the breadpan.
2. Add granulated sugar, salt, and dry milk.
3. Add bread flour, vital wheat gluten (if using), and at last, the yeast.
4. Make sure the yeast doesn't touch the water before you start the bread machine.
5. Set the bread machine to the dough program, and start the machine.
6. While the dough is being prepared, crush the sugar cubes so you get little pea-sized pieces (some will be larger, and some will be smaller, and this is normal). I crush them with a meat mallet in a Ziploc bag on top of a towel to protect my counter top.
7. Add the 2 teaspoons of cinnamon to the bag, and set aside for later.
8. When the dough program is finished, take out the dough, and roll the dough out to a big square. Press the cinnamon sugar cube mixture into the dough with your hands. Be careful! The sugar is sharp!
9. After you do that, roll the dough up very tightly, and place it in a bread pan.
10. Bake it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit, or 177 degrees Celcius.
