Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1/2 pt. whipping cream
• 1 c. sugar
• 4 tsp. salt
• 2 T. vanilla
• 2 cans Eagle Brand milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the above ingredients together and pour into ice cream freezer and add enough milk to fill 3/4 ful. Makes enough for 1 to 1 1/2 gallons.
