Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano (I use 1 tsp)
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (I use more)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tbs lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Put the vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano in blender or food processor. Turn on and slowly add the olive oil in a thin stream. Add the lemon juice. Sometimes mine separates on standing and sometimes not. Either way, it tastes the same - just shake before using.
