Ingredients
- 8 C. sliced cucumbers
- 1 C. diced bell peppers
- 1 C. chopped celery
- 1 C. sliced onions
- 1 jar (4 oz.) pimientos, drained
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 C. sugar
- 1 C. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed

Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, peppers, celery, onions and pimientos. Sprinkle with salt and let stand 3 hours.
2. In a medium mixing bowl,mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed and mustard seed. Drain and rinse vegetable mixture and add sugar-vinegar mixture. Stir well. Pour into container, cover and refrigerate.
