Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs frozen diced potatoes
  • 1 Bag Oreida chopped onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 Oz cream cheese
  • 1 Can cream of chicken soup
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic salt (to taste)
  • 1-1/2 Cups grated cheese
  • Crushed corn flakes
  • Butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 9 X 13 or larger baking dish

In baking dish mix:
Potatoes
Onions

In seperate bowl mix:
Soup
Sour cream
Cream cheese
Grated cheese
Seasonings
Pour over potatoe mixture

Sprinkle top with crushed corn flakes.
Dot with butter/margarine

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes (until top is brown and bubbly).

Hint: Place cookie sheet on rack below dish to catch any drips.
