Ingredients
- 1 Lb Ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cans tomatoe sauce
- 1 can tomatoe paste
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 Can drained mushrooms
- 1 Tsp Italian herbs
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp black pepper
- 1/2 Tsp garlic (to taste)
- 1 Pkg Frozen spinach (chopped and drained)
- 1/2 - 1 Lb grated cheddar cheese
- 1 Tsp sage
- 4 Eggs (well beaten)
- 1 Large package bowtie macaroni (cooked)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef and onions (drain)
In large pan add:
Brown ground beef and onions
Tomatoe sauce
Tomatoe paste
Water
Mushrooms
Italian herbs
salt
pepper
garlic
Cook for 2 hours
After above is cooked add:
Spinach
Cheddar cheese
sage
eggs
Layer above into greased 9X13 dish.
(Macaroni, Sauce, macaroni, Sauce.)
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
