Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup cornmeal
• 5 T. sugar
• 1 T. baking powder
• 1 t. salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 c. melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 and grease a 9 inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add in the eggs, milk, and melted butter.

Mix until no more lumps and all is combined.

Pour mixture into the greased pan and place pan into the oven.
