Ingredients
- 3 C Sugar
- 1 3/4 C light corn syrup
- 1 C Water
- 3-4 C Raw Peanuts
- 2 T Butter
- 3/4 T Baking Soda
- 1 t Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sugar, corn syrup, and water to 240 Deg. Add Peanuts. Cook to 295 Deg
stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add butter and stir til dissolved. Add Soda and Salt, stirring vigorously. Pour out onto a buttered slab or cookie sheet and spread as thin as possible. Break into pieces when cool
