Ingredients
- 2 c whole pitted dates (about 10 oz)
- 1 c unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 c whole almonds
- 1/4 c plus 2 T unsweetened cocoa powder

Step 1
Put all ingredients in a food processor until nuts are finely chopped. Add 1/4 c water and pulse until the mixture forms a rough paste. With moistened hands, shape heaping teaspoons into balls, then roll them in chopped nuts or coconut to coat. They'll keep refrigerated for up to a week.
