- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2/3 cup butter, melted & cooled
- 2 eggs, beaten

Step 1
Combine brown sugar, flour & pecans in a large bowl; set aside. in a medium bowl, stir together butter & eggs; mix well. Stir butter mixture into brown sugar mixture just until moistened. Fill greased & floured mini muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 18 - 20 minutes, until they pass the toothpick test. Remove & cool on wire racks.
