Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small white onion
  • 1 loaf white bread (dried a few days)
  • 1 egg

Step 1

Finely chop onion & cook with beef. Leave grease in pan. Dried bread should be in crouton size pieces. Add bread to pan until consistency looks right. Add egg & squish together, but not too much. Don't overwork. Put in casserole & cover. Bake @ 350 30 - 45 minutes.
