Copycat Mrs. Fields Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 C. butter, unsalted and softened
• 1 1/2 C. peanut butter
• 1 1/2 C. sugar
• 1 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3 C. flour
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 (10-oz.) bag peanut butter chips

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs and combine well. Combine flour and baking soda. Add to mixture and beat only until just combined. Stir in peanut butter chips. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheets. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until golden.
