Ingredients

6 lbs. tomatoes
6 lbs. sugar
1 cake yeast
1 lg. orange
1 box raisins
1 gal. cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, crushing them into a crockery jar. Cover by tying cloth over top of jar. Let set 15 days, then strain. Let stand a few more days, then strain. Will be as clear as whiskey.
