- MEATLOAF
- 2 LB GROUND CHUCK
- 1 EGG
- 1/2 LOAF ITALIAN BREAD SOAKED IN MILK AND MUSH WITH YOUR HANDS
- 1/2 CUP GRATED ITALIAN CHEESE. ( YOUR CHOICE)
- 4 CLOVES GARLICK PUSHED THRU MINCER
- FRESH PARSLEY CHOPPED FINE
- SALT & PEPPER
- 1/2 CUP MILK OR MORE IF NEEDED
- FILLING
- 2 PACKAGES FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH DEFROSTED AND ALL WATER SQUEEZED OUT
- SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE ( OR WHATEVER CHEESE YOU LIKE
- GRAVY
- 2 CANS CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1 ENVELOPE LIPTON BEEFY ONION SOUP MIX
- 1 CAN MILK
- 1/2 -3/4 CAN WATER
- MIX ALL TOGETHER

Preparation
Step 1
MIX MEATLOAF INGREDIENTS IN KITCHENAID MIXER OR WITH YOUR HANDS.
FLATTEN OUT ON WAX PAPER TO THE SIZE OF SMALLER COOKIE SHEET
PUT CHOPPED SPINACH ALL OVER SPRINLKE WITH SALT AND PUT CHEDDAR CHEESE ON TOP.
ROLL UP USING WAX PAPER TO KEEP IT TOGETHER. SEAL ALL ENDS AND SEAM AND PICK UP WAX PAPER AND PUT LOAF INTO CORNINGWARE WITH SIDES.
POUR GRAVY ALL OVER THE LOAF AND COOK IN 350 OVEN FOR 1 HOUR AND 15 MIN.
SERVE WITH GARLIC MASHED POTATOS…YUMMY!!!!!!
