- 1/2 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
- SALT PEPPER & COMPLETE SEASONINGS
- BONELESS CHIKEN BREASTS CUT UP IN CHUNKS

SAUTE IN OLIVE OIL & BROTH , ALL VEGETABLES FOR ABOUT 15 MIN. LOWER HEAT, COVER AND COOK FOR 1/2 HOUR. WHILE THAT’S COOKING, IN SEPARATE PAN SAUTE CHICKEN PIECES OR BREASTS WITH GARLIC & OLIVE OIL . WHEN CHICKEN IS BROWN ON ALL SIDES , ADD TO PAN WITH VEGETABLES, COVER AND SIMMER FOR 1/2 HOUR LONGER.
